A: Shipping options are as follows:

• Priority 2 - 3 days
• Overnight

Q: How many megabytes does my file have to be?

A: Your photo should be at least 1 MB in order to print with quality. Momentarily hold your cursor over the photo to check the file size prior to submitting.

Q: What format should I submit?

A: Files uploaded should be in JPEG format.

Q: What is the quality of your printing?

A: We print at 600 dpi which is twice the quality of your normal photo lab prints. Our poster prints offer phenomenal print quality at a fraction of the cost of going to your local printer.

Q: What is the optimal file size to submit?

A: The bigger the file size, the better. Your image quality depends on the file you send. File sizes smaller than 1MB will not print well and should not be submitted. Digital cameras at 4 megapixel and up will provide a good quality file for printing. Smaller files can be printed however, quality will not be optimal.

Q: What file sizes do you accept?

A: JPEG is always the preferred format for printing. We can accept tif or photoshop format files (.tif or .psd) and convert them to jpeg for printing.
